We will only issue a refund if the full balance of the gift card is still available. Past the first 30 days from purchase we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange. Our gift cards do not expire and can only be returned by the original purchasing party within 30 days. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
